It looks like you may not have to head off to outer space in order to travel through space and time; Allan Greenleaf and his mathematician colleagues have claimed that it may be possible to create "wormholes" right here on the planet.

According to Mr. Greenleaf, the "wormholes" would basically be devices with internal tunnels that are invisible to to detection by electromagnetic waves.
