I've noyiced that yellow jacks will take the dead bugs from my bug zapper. I wonder if they kill the bees and take the carcases.
Could be a long shot but maybe there is a new frequency that came online recently that is jamming theirs. They have an incredible homing device. Maybe a new cell phone freqency or digital radio jams this.
I read that the bees are being fed high fructose corn syrup, which is a dead, Genetically Modified, super-processed food. Not at all natural for them (or people!), and may be weakening them on many levels...they may be the canaries in the coal mines...
Maybe they know something we don't. Like something is getting ready to occur and their survival instincts are taking them underground into caves, etc...otherwise you would think we would come across their carcasses somewhere.
I saw an interview this a.m. with an agricultural expert at florida univ. and he said that Albert Einstein once stated that if our honeybees disappeared, mankind would follow suit within four years. That is how much we depend on honeybees in the food chain.
I think it could be related to the cattle mutilation phenomenon by the theory that extraterrestrials are somehow taking them. To sustain life and biological function, extraterrestrials excise the eyes and reproductive organs of cows, and now the pollenation mechanism of plants.
Hope this doesn't sound completely crackpot.
Global warming,Bird Flu,Bees Die,Tsunami,Earthquakes,Volcano Erruptions, these are all side effects of us walking this earth.
Its like UFO strategy game - From the start we have mistakenly chosen the wrong research tree. And none of the technologies we have can really help us against these natural disasters.
