Recent findings state that vocal interaction with others for a bare minimum of 10 minutes a day can lead to improving one's memory and can effectively boost one's test scores.


And you thought being excessively talkative lead to nothing.

According to findings from current research, the simple act of chatting with friends or simply talking on the phone with your pal can boost one's mental functions to similar effect when training your mind by playing Sudoku or reading novels.

So instead of brooding away all alone in your room, why don't you get out a little more and chew the fat with friends? Who knows, if you guys talk long enough, you guys just might be well on your way to becoming the next geniuses of the waking world - with a little educational help, of course.
