Giant robot Dextre being assembled in International Space Station - Image 1It's an "I, Robot" sequel waiting to happen: a 12-foot robot designed to assist spacewalking astronauts is currently residing at the International Space Station. NASA's International Space Station - Image 1The Earth Viewing Camera (EVC), NASA's new eye in the sky, has recently sent back its first batch of pictures. The new orbital camera was installed last February 15 on the European Columbus laboratory, which will make constant aerial sweeps of our planet while the camera takes images from its perspective. Korea's Kimchi off to space this April South Korea's Ko San will be blasting off to the International Space Station bringing with him his country's national dish, kimchi.

Space Shuttle Atlantis touching down this Wednesday - Image 1NASA's space shuttle Atlantis has reportedly undocked from the International Space Station, and should be touching down on terra firma by this Wednesday.
