Chocolate - Image 1Boosting one's brain power doesn't have to be painful, if this new book is to be believed. According to the book entitled Teach Yourself Training Your Brain by Terry Horne and Simon Wooton, two of the best ways to rev up one's brain is indulging in dark chocolate and engaging in sexual intercourse.

According to the authors, eating dark chocolate helps in increasing oxygen levels in the brain due to its ingredients: magnesium and antioxidants. On the other hand, sexual intercourse helps in increasing the levels of the hormones oxytocin and serotonin, which helps people in thinking creatively.

The authors also have other advice in how to cultivate mental awareness and creative thinking. "Mix with people who make you laugh. Avoid people who whinge, as people who are negative will make you depressed," said Horne, a university lecturer.

There is two methods not just one. So yeah they can't have sex but they can have dark chocolate.

Luckily for me i have always eaten chocolate during my young years like 3 years old, maybe thats why im a good thinker. As for the sex i haven't had it yet but still doesn't eating chocolate alone won't help.

This is cool im going to print this article out. All these years of me eating chocolate is actually helping me. If there right of course.

Kids will have sex regardless if you like it or not. I did it for the first time at 16 which i thought was late compared to all the other people in my school.
I cannot deny this but i don't think its true. People eat tons of chocolate and their dumb as ***** and cant offer anything new to this world but on the other hand i do both and i think of new thoughts constantly and always have a new idea but i think this is just a rumor and nothing factual.
