Chinese are world leaders in cloud seeding since 40 years. If Chinese can work in cooperation with other experts in cloud seeding from USA,Russia,Israel,India and Japan, they can seed the band clouds of the Typhoons and tame the Hurricanes or divert their courses to keep clear skies for the 2008 Olympics.
Chinese are working for public good through cloud seeding unlike their counter parts in India or USA.
Chinese experts must get in touch with those experts who previously worked with NOAA for the Storm-fury
experiments of 1970's in Florida.Russians succeeded in providing clear skies by overseeding the approaching clouds so that precipitation is prevented in the target areas used for victory celebrations.

Expert, cloud seeding project of Government of Andhra pradesh state.E-mail:profshivajirao@hotmail.com
I entirely am in agreement with the views of Prof.T.Shivaji rao who is an international expert on Environment and a National Expert on Cloud seeding, having been working with the Government of Andhra pradesh for their cloud seeding project since 2005.His suggestion that the Chinese must work with the cooperation of Russian and US Experts who made successful attempts in taming the Typhoons and in stopping the rains must be implemented by the Government of China for achieving full success in this great experiment.
